How to Make Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This peanut butter pie comes together in minutes! You can find the full, printable recipe at the bottom of this post. Here is a quick look at our steps!
First, I made the crust--I crushed 24 Oreos and combined it with melted butter and pressed it into a 10 inch pie pan.
For the filling, I combined one package of cream cheese with peanut butter, and then added in powdered sugar and a little milk until well combined. Then, I added in the cool whip. Mix on low just until well combined.
Spoon the peanut butter pie filling into the crust and spread with a spoon. Top with a drizzle of ganache or hot fudge and chopped mini Reese’s cups. Then chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to firm things up!
Don’t you just want to dive into the deliciousness?!
