Best Fudgy Brownies

The next time that you’re craving something sinfully chocolately, I want you to remember THIS easy recipe for the BEST Fudgy Brownies.

The Best Fudgy Brownies! Amazingly rich and so easy to make!

These brownies are legendary, I’m telling you. They never last longer than 24 hours at my house. Luckily, they are SO very easy to make that you really have no excuse not to whip up a batch whenever the mood hits you.

We have another great recipe for homemade brownies that is not quite as rich (but also fabulous)–so depending on what you’re in the mood for, keep that recipe on standby too.

Unlike our other recipe for scratch brownies, this rich fudgy brownie version calls for unsweetened baking chocolate. This gives us so much richness and ooey gooey goodness. These aren’t cake-like brownies. These are for the serious chocolate lovers. ๐Ÿ™‚

How to Make the BEST Fudgy Brownies from Scratch

  • First, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat in a saucepan.

  • Next, beat the eggs in a bowl and stir into the mixture.

  • Once well combined, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.

  • Pour into a prepared 9×13 pan (I use a glass casserole dish) and bake at 350. That’s it!
